The Reformer is the most popular piece of Pilates equipment because of its versatility. Align your spine, shoulders, hips, knees, ankles. Rehabilitate injuries while getting a full body workout that’s fun and challenging.

Prerequisite: Intro to Pilates class or 1 Private Session.

LEVELS

  • Beginner: 1 private session required or prior experience

  • Beginner/Int: 5 hours or more

  • Int/Advanced: 20 hours or more

Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and socks.
